Asamblea general del Foro de Marcas Renombradas General Assembly of the Spanish Renowned Brand Association

El pasado 18 de marzo, la Asociación de Marcas Renombradas Españolas (AMRE), de la que es miembro asociado Acesur, celebró su Asamblea General anual en la sede de la Fundación Mapfre en Madrid.

Durante la Asamblea, el Presidente de AMRE, José Louis Bonet, acompañado por la Junta Directiva de la Asociación, resumió a los socios los proyectos y acciones ejecutados durante 2009, y presentó un Balance de situación y una Cuenta de Resultados a 31 de diciembre de 2009. Asimismo, se explicaron los principales proyectos y actividades previstos para 2010 acompañados del correspondiente Presupuesto previsto para el ejercicio.

Como es habitual, la Asamblea, que congregó a un buen número de asociados, ratificó las altas y las bajas producidas durante 2009; aprobó la Memoria y Cuentas de dicho ejercicio así como el Plan de acción y el Presupuesto estimados para 2010. Asimismo se ratificó la reforma estatutaria y la ampliación de la Junta Directiva propuesta, que incluye a Álvaro Guillén, Consejero de Acesur.

The Spanish Renowned Brand Association (AMRE) celebrated its annual General Assembly last March the 18th in the Mapfre Foundation in Madrid. Acesur attended the event, as they have been a member of this association for many years.

During the Assembly, the AMRE President, José Louis Bonet, together with the Association’s Board of Directors, introduced to the members the projects and actions taken in 2009, as well as the Account Balance and the Result Account at December the 31st 2009. They also introduced the main projects and activities to be accomplished in 2010 together with the corresponding Budget.

AS usual, the Assembly gathered many members, ratified the new memberships and cancellations during 2009; approved the Memory and Accounts and the action plan and budget fro 2010. They also ratified the statutory reform and the expansion of the board of directors, which will now include Alvaro Guillen, who is one of Acesur councilors.
